As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.3. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.7. Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in customer care.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven experience in a customer care management role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.5. Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.6.
