Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Ford Motor, a leading automotive company located in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues- Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs
