Our Opportunity As Snyk's Customer Marketing Manager focused on onboarding, you are passionate about creating a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive the execution of customer onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value and increase customer satisfaction. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Developer Relations, Education, and Product teams to build and optimize the customer onboarding journey for both enterprise and self-serve customers.

What You'll Spend Your Time Doing: Design, implement, and optimize marketing automated onboarding journeys for self-serve customers, ensuring they achieve key onboarding milestones efficiently Develop and manage persona-specific onboarding nurture programs targeting security professionals (admins) and developers (users) Coordinate with content teams to develop compelling onboarding materials that resonate with technical audiences Build and maintain a comprehensive onboarding resources library, including documentation, guides, videos, and best practices Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement with onboarding programs Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to identify and address friction points in the customer onboarding journey Use quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding success, including time-to-value, feature adoption rates, and customer satisfaction Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align on onboarding priorities and initiatives Monitor industry best practices to ensure our onboarding programs are best-in-class  What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, program management, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer onboarding programs Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement tools Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in analytics and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences Experience working with technical products and developer-focused solutions We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we've created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
