The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Greek Marketing Team in Athens reporting to the Marketing Head of Greece & Balkans. The key objective of this role is developing omnichannel marketing startegies in collaboration with brand & sales teams and managing the day-to-day operations for building a compeling consumer journey and shopping experience.

What Your Impact Will Be:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Specialist with a passion for toys to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, support new product launches, and drive successful campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both online and offline customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively integrate online and offline channels to drive customer engagement and sales in line with yearly marketing calendar
Enhance the visibility of our product lines across various channels, ensuring that our toys are prominently featured in both digital and physical retail environments.
Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to create impactful launch campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns in coordination with media & digital manager across multiple platforms, including social media, e-retail platforms as well as implementing in-store promotions, and events, to maximize reach and effectiveness
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, online platforms, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Customer marketing budget control for assigned projects, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Internal working relationships: Marketing Management, Sales, Logistic, IT, Finance
External working relationships: Customers, Stores, Suppliers, Customers' advertising companies, Customers' marketing department, Consumers

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Understading of Mattel brands and local customer needs
Understanding of regional assets and adaptation of these assets for local needs as well as creating new where needed
Lead agency briefs, collaborate with creative agency to prepare and execute effective creatives across different media channels
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep enthusiasm for toys and a passion for creating magical experiences for customers.
Flexible and determined approach to your work is vital.
Positive can-do-will-do attitude

Education & Experience:

Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification/experience
3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably in the toy industry FMCG, licensed consumer good, apparel- or beauty industry.
Experience with an international/ cross-cultural environment
Results oriented, teamwork mentality, ability to communicate with impact, critical thinking, strong will to succeed
Exceptional problem solving & analytical ability and a high level of organizational and time management skills.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships, strong networking skills
