Job Description:
Gilead Sciences is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Assist with inventory management and product tracking- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:- Energetic and hardworking personality traits- Strong planning and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
