Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia. The Customer Service Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and support to address their insurance needs and inquiries. Pay range: $18.50 - $29.00 hourly Responsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAssisting customers with product and service related questions, providing accurate information and offering appropriate solutionsResolving customer complaints and issues by investigating the cause, identifying the best solution, and following up to ensure customer satisfactionProcessing orders, managing returns, and coordinating with other departments to resolve any related issuesMaintaining customer records and updating databases with accurate and current informationCollaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
