MetLife is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, creative, and cooperative.
Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions- Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Processing customer orders, changes, and returns accurately and efficiently- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Handling administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service department
Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be adaptable, reliable, creative, and cooperative
