Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls Organize and schedule meetings as needed. Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization of resources Improve Client loyalty and attract new clients. Assigned clients accordingly to the correct technicians. Qualifications
Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have Good communication skills with customers Nail industry experience Professional Multitasker Able to work under pressure Willing to grow through constructive criticism.
