WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING: Customer Interaction: Locate and load customer orders onto vehicles or trailers, ensuring accuracy and meeting customer needs.Operational Support: Deliver completed orders to the Will Call Counter and Drive-Thru areas and stage products for loading or delivery.Inventory Management: Pick products using an RF scanner, update inventory in ERP systems, and maintain proper records to ensure inventory control.Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, following all prescribed methods and safety procedures.Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse accessible and safe for employees, customers, and visitors by adhering to cleanliness and organization standards.OUR MUST HAVES: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.0-1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.Forklift certification (training provided on-site).Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously.Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.A proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.BENEFITS: Plumbers Supply Co offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a robust wellness program, 401K with company match, and opportunities for professional growth.
