Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Officer at Blackrock Neurotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
