ErtelAlsop is hiring a Customer Service/Order Entry CoordinatorMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAccomplished candidates with previous customer service experience are preferred
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Interact with customers regarding order placement and status• Work with logistics companies to define best lanes for shipments to customers• Work with Overseas and Canadian customers to coordinate their shipments• Assist accounting department with reconciling A/R invoices• Provide general clerical support for sales department• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn from others• Fully computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Familiarity with ERP/CRM Systems• Excellent math skills• Excellent problem solving, time management, and organization skills• Previous customer service and office administration experience is preferred
