We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities: Serve as the frontline point of contact for customers, providing information, guidance, and support regarding insurance products and services. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively. Process policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently. Educate customers on insurance coverage options, policy details, and eligibility criteria. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role preferably within the insurance industry. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in resolving customer issues. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
