Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at Astrodyne TDI, you'll be the backbone of our sales support and account management services. Your role will be crucial in maintaining stellar communication between our customers and internal teams-including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance. With your help, we'll not only meet but exceed our customer expectations, keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Your Impact:
Serve as the primary contact for our customers, addressing inquiries related to purchase orders, forecasts, expedite requests, change orders, and service returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Be the voice of the customer within Astrodyne TDI, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.
Process a wide range of transactions, including RMA, credit and debit memos, and cancellation requests, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to our customers.
Maintain the integrity of our Master Data, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
Generate standard product quotes and process purchase orders received through various channels, ensuring seamless order execution.
Play a key role in maintaining optimum performance and efficiency for each shipment, monitoring customer backlog with a keen eye.
Who You Are: A holder of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, with 0 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
A problem-solver with excellent analytical skills, capable of evaluating and addressing complex scenarios.
Fluent in English, with outstanding written, verbal, and comprehension skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ideally, familiar with Database, ERP, and CRM tools.
A team player who can influence and drive other organizations towards a common goal of delighting the customer.
