Manage incoming phone callsBuild relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsCustomer Service Representative Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferredFamiliar with CRM systemsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
