Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Eureka Robotics, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing clear, accurate, and timely responses to inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Excellence:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions to their inquiries.
Problem-Solving:
Analyze customer issues and offer creative, practical solutions that meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation and Data Entry:
Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions into our CRM system to ensure smooth follow-ups and easy tracking.
Client Needs Assessment:
Listen carefully to customer concerns, identify underlying issues, and respond with personalized recommendations or solutions.
Collaborate and Improve:
Work with your team members to continually improve customer service processes and share feedback to optimize our service delivery.
Multilingual Support (If Applicable):
Assist customers in their preferred language, if applicable. (Bonus if you're bilingual!)
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience:
1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
Call center experience is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find solutions quickly.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficient with technology and CRM software (training provided).
Tech-Savvy:
Comfort using digital tools and navigating customer service platforms.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
