### Key Responsibilities

- **Registry Operations:** Efficiently operate cash registers, process customer transactions, handle cash, and ensure accurate cash management.

- **Merchandising Support:** Assist with merchandise unpacking, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized store layout. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

- **Problem Solving:** Creatively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Use feedback to improve the shopping experience.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and superior customer service. Participate in team meetings and share innovative ideas for improvements.

- **Store Maintenance:** Help maintain a clean and tidy store atmosphere. Adhere to safety and maintenance standards to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.

- **Sales Support:** Drive sales by promoting ongoing promotions and assisting customers with product selections. Stay informed about new products and offerings.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new staff by sharing best practices and company standards in customer service. Contribute to creating an environment of continuous learning.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

- **Independent:** Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.
- **Confident:** Present a confident demeanor while interacting with diverse customers and solving problems.
