Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/administrative assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. In addition, the role requires providing administrative assistant in the front office ranging from issuing purchase orders, requesting quotations from approved supplier list, tracking incoming purchases, and various administrative duties.
