Safety-Kleen is looking for a Customer Success Agent to join their safety conscious team! The CSA provides customer service including order procurement, suggestive selling, waste profiling, call documentation, customer problem resolution, maintenance/creation of customer profiles, pricing records, and invoicing of shipments, including cross checking of invoice results and adjustments as needed. Generates business opportunities, cultivates sales leads, drives sales and works to exceed quotas and targets.
