### Job Description

Yum Brands is seeking a passionate and independent **Customer Success Officer** to join our dynamic team. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.

- **Success Monitoring:**
- Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to monitor customer success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work together with the customer to set success goals and develop actionable plans that align with those goals.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that solutions are effectively communicated and implemented.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare regular reports for management on customer success initiatives and performance metrics.

- **Training and Onboarding:**
- Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to maximize their use of our products/services.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions (virtual and possibly in-person) to help customers understand the full value of our offerings.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to relay customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects to enhance overall customer success strategies.

### Requirements

#### Experience and Education
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

#### Skills and Qualifications
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
- Strong understanding of customer success practices and principles.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote environment without close supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional teamwork abilities; must work effectively with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate and engage with customers and team members.
