As a CS Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for a group of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner as they use our services and products.
Datos Insights is an insights and advisory firm providing mission-critical insights on technology, regulations, strategy, and operations to banks, insurers, payments providers, and investment firms—as well as the technology and service providers that support them.

Responsibilities:Build a deep knowledge of Datos' service offeringsOnboard new clients and ensure they are set up for success with a calendar of regular engagementDrive usage and engagement with subscription clients, including but not limited to: advisory usage, research consumption, attendance at live and virtual events, expand the base of usersFoster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapportCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, etc) to ensure a seamless client experienceMonitor key client usage metrics and report on progress towards goalsTroubleshoot client issues and escalate complex problemsIdentify renewal risk as well as opportunities for upselling and account expansionUse of Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to record client data and notesDesired Experience and Capabilities:1-3 years of customer success experience in software, banking, or insurance industriesOutstanding written and oral communication skills and ability to maintain conversation with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused mannerStrong project management and organizational skillsAnalytical and goal-oriented mindsetStrong IT skills (CRM, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new tools in role; Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferredDatos is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to offering a rewarding professional environment.
