Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative at Archer Daniels Midland in San Jose, California. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success.2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.3. Assist in setting up new customer accounts and onboarding new clients.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to effectively engage with customers.2. Strong people management and cooperation skills to work effectively within a team.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
