**Job Overview:**
As a Customer Success Representative at C3.ai, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their successful application of our AI solutions. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and delivering value through proactive engagement. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly with a dynamic team in a high-growth environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and promote the use of C3.ai's products.

2. **Product Support and Guidance:**
- Assist customers in understanding and navigating our AI solutions to maximize their use and value.
- Provide expert advice and best practices for optimizing the implementation of our products in customer operations.
- Resolve product queries and technical issues swiftly and effectively, coordinating with technical teams as necessary.

3. **Proactive Engagement:**
- Monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge their satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to relay customer insights and feedback.

4. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and product usage trends to inform team strategies and product development.
- Document best practices and enhance internal knowledge bases to improve team efficiency.

5. **Collaboration and Leadership:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Share feedback and insights from customers to drive internal projects and initiatives aimed at improving product offerings.
- Engage in team training sessions and contribute to sharing knowledge to elevate the overall team performance.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably within a technology or software company.
