**Job Description:**

Danaher is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to jumpstart their careers in customer service and relationship management. The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure effective solutions are provided, resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

- **Onboarding Support:** Assist new customers with the onboarding process, explaining product features, guiding them through setups, and offering ongoing support to enhance their experience.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback on products and services and communicate actionable insights to the internal teams for continuous improvement.

- **Retention Strategies:** Work with the Customer Success team to develop and implement retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer loyalty.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM platform to ensure data integrity and provide insights for strategic planning.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring customer needs are communicated and met effectively.

- **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and enhance service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.

- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, internships or part-time roles in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
