Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Cyber Security Training Specialist for our program with the US Courts. This position will be located in San Antonio, TX and is a hybrid remote position. Responsibilities: Under General Direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systemsExercises analytical techniques when gathering information from users, defining work problems, designing a system of computer programs, and developing procedures to resolve the problemsPrepares detailed specifications from which programs will be writtenDevelops and modifies complex systems and develops subsystems to enhance the overall operational systemAnalyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Analyzes methods of approachReviews task proposal requirements, gathers information, analyzes data, prepares project synopses, compares alternatives, prepares specifications for programs, resolves processing problems, coordinates work with programmers, and orients users to new systemsCompetent to work on routine systems analysis, but requires instruction and guidance in complex activities Qualifications: Bachelor's with 5-8 years (or commensurate experience) 5-8 years of experience working and interacting with team environment.5-8 years of experience training adult learners.5-8 years of experience editing training materials. Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
