We're seeking an experienced Cyber Target Development Analyst with expertise in Middle Eastern-originated cyber threats to support a Federal client within their Cyber Division. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of cyber threats originating from this region and your expertise in target analysis and development to support cutting-edge intelligence operations and cyber investigations. Your contributions will safeguard our nation's digital assets and maintain a strategic advantage in the ever-evolving cyber domain. This job requires on-site work in Chantilly, VA. Active TS/SCI clearance with an active, in-scope Polygraph is required.
\n What You'll DoConduct comprehensive target analysis and development focused on cyber threats, using advanced analytical techniques to identify new collection opportunities and address source coverage gaps.Evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data from multiple sources to produce high-quality, fused targeting/intelligence products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance collection operations and support cyber investigations.Leverage your expertise in cyber threats to provide actionable intelligence and recommendations for new investigative or collection actions.Participate in briefings and presentations to share insights and findings with stakeholders and decision-makers. Education + RequirementsBS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline. Equivalent years of professional experience may be substituted for the degree.Minimum 3 years of experience in reporting, analytical techniques, targeting/development, and cyber investigationsMinimum 2 years of experience working with Middle Eastern/Iranian target setsLegally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipAbility to travel up to 15% on average Security ClearanceU.S. CitizenshipTop Secret Clearance with SCIActive (in-scope) Polygraph DesiredProfessional services or federal consulting experience in intelligence or cybersecurityExperience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environmentStrong knowledge of mobile and endpoint securityCybersecurity professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)Proficiency in one or more languages commonly spoken in the Middle East or Iran (eg., Arabic, Persian/Farci, etc.)Experience with advanced data analysis tools and techniques
