Primary Purpose: Maintain the accuracy of inventory by performing cycle counts on existing inventory, verifying paperwork on shipments and transfers, and accurately documenting the flow of materials inside the warehouse.
Job Description: Obtain inbound receipt paperwork from receiving team and complete transfer/purchase order receiving audits. Track all discrepancies of inbound shipments and provide updates in real time to the Warehouse Manager. Support the cycle count programs and coordinate material movement inside the warehouse. Pull inventory reports from Sage ERP and validate physical counts and product accuracy. Research inventory discrepancies to find the root cause analysis (RCA) of the audit. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on the flow of materials for production work orders. Audit raw materials against the bill of materials pick list for accuracy. Other tasks as assigned by manager. Qualifications: Previous warehouse/inventory experience desired Competent with MS Excel and Microsoft Office/Outlook Strong math skills for counting products Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups Experience dealing with large volumes of item numbers and new product launches Plan, organize and meet deadlines and schedules Ability to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common shipping documentation requirements Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED
