The Data Entry Associate must be able to interact well with others, maintain discretion and confidentiality, have strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, and have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Take part with work from home surveys/studies by following written and oral instructions. Participate in research focus groups. Each panel receives a complete written study. If products or services are provided, you must actually use them. Compares data entered with source documents and resolves system edits concerning invalid data by deleting incorrectly entered data, and re-entering correct data. Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks. Perform data entry duties typing, faxing. Delete data entry errors and enter corrections. Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques. Do entry into application and work with dealers to ensure data entry is Train new data entry employees on computer system. Perform routine clerical and data entry functions. Ensure timely data entry and file management. Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties. Established for each client for data entry. Review and verify data prior to entry. Perform daily audits and data entry corrections. Required: Bachelor's degree preferred, open to Associates degree. Minimum of two years direct or phone interactions with consumer. Powersports or motorcycle dealership experience preferred. Strong desire to deliver industry-leading consumer service and build strong consumer relationships. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and treat each contact with professionalism and respect. High level of curiosity and soft skills that align with company Core Values. Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful interactions. Ability to ask questions, easily process information and translate that to action. Exceptional verbal and written skills, ability to connect with audience and articulate thoughts, while building swift trust with consumers. Current knowledge of computer software and applications preferred – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite of products, and SharePoint Ability learn quickly and have basic technical aptitude. Ability to execute in cross functional role and interact with multiple business units to provide world class consumer service. Minimum requirement to type 53+ WPM.
