The firm is looking for a talented Data Scientist who can develop and manage a curated data & analytics platform that provides intelligence and drives efficiency to the fund while becoming the industry leading analytics & data science practice, bringing a data-driven efficient to the firm.

Key Responsibilities: Lead data-driven initiatives, providing insights and solutions that drive business efficiency and impactDevelop and implement data models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-makingManage data collection, mining, and ensure high-quality, business-ready datasetsBuild and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards that deliver actionable insights to key stakeholdersQualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data scienceStrong proficiency in SQL, Python, and tools like R, SAS, or MatlabExperience with Business Intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI)Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data in clear, actionable waysProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred: Experience in venture capital or the innovation economyStrong understanding of process improvement techniques
