We're seeking a future team member for the role of Data Strategy Project Manager to join our Data Engineering team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Key Skills:
Strong organization and project management skills, with experience managing multiple small projects and tasks simultaneously
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to run working groups, and explain problems and coordinate solutions from stakeholders
Strong governance skills to scrutinize and maintain reporting dashboards for senior management status updates
Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into implementation plans
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior management
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Data analysis skills, with experience working with data sets and data visualization tools is a plus
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations and best practices is a plus
Experience with data integration technologies, such as ETL tools, data warehouses, and data lakes, is a plus
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, is a plus
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
2-5 years of experience in Project management, Product management, Strategy, Consulting or Operations required.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Risk, Compliance and Financial reporting domain experience and/or experience working on Regulatory reporting is a plus.
