Dealership Mechanic

We are searching for an experienced mechanic with a good attitude that wants to work in a consistent, steady, routine work environment at a reliable company.5-10 years Auto, truck, or construction equipment required.We have plenty of varieties of machines where there is something for everyone to specialize in. Stick with the products you're comfortable with and become an even better master of your craft.Very little need to interact with customers. No need to manage any coworkers. Focus and specialize as you master your craft.Responsibilities:Perform system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair workSource and remediate mechanical problems and malfunction codes that are identified in the vehicle's mechanical systems, electrical system, and electronic systemsProvide preventive maintenance work like replacing brake pads, adjusting fluids, rotating tires, completing oil changes, and servicing the air conditioningMaintain accurate customer records for vehicles' repairs, parts, maintenance histories, and moreContinue learning and growing technical skills and opportunitiesQualifications:Must be an effective communicator who maintains a solid work ethicHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredAn associate's degree from a vocational or technical school and/or ASE certification are a plusStrong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessaryA valid driver's license is necessaryAbout Company:Clark Equipment Rental is a trusted provider of construction equipment.
