We are currently looking for a Demand Planning Manager SEE (South Eastern Europe), based in our Rotterdam office. You will lead a team of demand planners across Southern, Southeastern and Central Europe and are responsible for improving the planning capabilities within this region.
Your key responsibilities are:
Support and develop the local demand planners reporting into you
Introduce and implement an S&OP framework within your region, consisting of demand reviews, assortment screening, NPI process, pre S&OP meeting on a regional level
Improve product availability by analyzing data, forecasts, and order patterns
Monitor stock levels closely and propose action plans to reduce structurally
Encourage and improve the usage of our demand, forecast and inventory management tool Slim4 (Slimstock)
Be the SPOC towards Slimstock regarding functional questions, ideas, and improvements
Support the local companies and encourage them towards our EMEA way of working
Ihr Profil
You have 3-5 years' experience in a similar position with knowledge of demand and inventory planning concepts like product and demand reviews, S&OP cycles, NPI process, portfolio management, inventory policies, ABC analysis
You have at least a bachelor's degree in a related field
You have a hands-on mentality
You are accurate, analytical, and proactive
Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
Knowledge of Slimstock or a similar inventory management tool is a must
You're familiar with forecast accuracy metrics and understand the difference between forecast accuracy and bias
Experience with ERP systems (like D365, AX, Navision, or SAP) is a plus
Experience with PowerBI creating reports is a plus
You are flexible and open to travel across EMEA
