Our services are customizable and convenient, we use environmentally friendly products, and can answer any question our customers have about caring for their pup. It's a super-personalized, affordable, and fun way to keep our furry friends looking, feeling, and smelling their best. We offer do-it-yourself dog baths, and full-service bathing and grooming.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Partners with franchise owners to ensure development goals and brand standards are understood and achieved. Provides guidance, training and expertise on budget development and contractor bidding, qualification and selection. Mentors franchise owners to achieve sound solutions in budget control, construction and project scheduling.Oversees architectural and signage plans for construction and brand standards.Instructs and guides general contractors and associated vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective build outs, including weekly meetings, site visits and close out.Ensures schedule, budget and project document updates are timely and accurate and departmental key controls are maintained in the department's online project management system.Administers the department's project management system.Manages all FF&E procurement, including forecasting, bulk ordering, negotiating and invoicing.Works closely with VP of Construction regarding the adherence to brand standards and offers solutions to any deviations.Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.QUALIFICATIONS:Education – BS degree or equivalent preferred in Building Construction, Design Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program.
Experience – 8+ years of retail construction / design management / project management experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities – Strong oral and written communication, project management, negotiation, leadership and organization skills. Sound knowledge of construction processes. Working knowledge of personal computers and related software applications, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Ability to travel up to 50% of time with efficient use of mobile office. Advanced skill level with project management software is preferred.
