Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have professional experience working in the interior design and/or architecture field and be experienced in the development of BIM models in Revit as well as photo-realistic renderings and visualizations.
The candidate will have managed a team in the past and be open to managing a small remote team.
An Associate's Degree or Vocational Certificate in Architecture, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience using Revit, Enscape, and 3DMax in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
Creating photo-realistic renderings in Enscape and 3DMax including modeling building elements, families, finishes, and lighting scenarios.
Management of multiple visualization projects at once using North America and India team members. This will include direction, quality control, task management, and staffing/resourcing.
Accountable for the quality of visualization products for designated projects.
Occasional assistance in documentation when visualization products are not required.
