A Day in the Life of our Desktop Administrator Our Desktop Administrators are responsible for all daily IT Operational needs. They support our clients by understanding their network and systems needs before implementation, and will be working towards managing and maintaining systems. On the daily, Desktop Admins support hardware, software, SaaS, and related wireless/VPN technologies. \n Daily Responsibilities Provide user support both onsite and remote staffTroubleshoot Software and Hardware issues for staff as neededTake part in company wide projects (system upgrades, security rollouts)Test and qualify new hardware/software for the company Utilize established ticketing system to track open issuesResponsible for knowledge Base documentation creation Supporting C-Level executives when needed Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of support experience with a variety of operating systems (MacOS preferred) Proficient within Google Workspace administrationExperience with SaaS Applications Experience with Okta administration Audio/Visual application support and troubleshooting (Zoom)Work experience with JAMF for MDM Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems, and various mobile devicesPowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting experience is preferredWillingness to travel throughout the bay area
\n$65,000 - $75,000 a year
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is based off of skills, experience, and location. \n
