Responsibilities:

Provide technical support assistance to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, maintain, and configure computer systems and equipment.
Support the ticketing system and escalate complex issues as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

2 years of experience required
Experience with large scale hardware refresh projects
Associates degree in a computer science related field or equivalent training required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Excellent problem solving skills and strong communication
Ability to work autonomously and excellent time management
Customer service oriented
Detail oriented and organized
