Desktop Support Technician

Blue Chip Talent is currently looking for a Desktop Technician to join our team in Irvine CA. We are looking for someone with 4-6 years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment with some experience with Macs. Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Windows 10/11, O365, VPN, and Active Directory. All candidates must be able to work on our W2 with no restrictions. No 3rd Party Vendors are allowed and No C2C for this role. Experience needed: Experience with Active Directory to reset passwords, add users and systems, and allow/restrict permissions Strong experience with phone and hands-on troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 as well as imaging and re-imaging desktops and laptops Experience troubleshooting VPN issues and supporting Office 365 Experience with InTune is needed for this role Some experience supporting MacOS as well as knowledge or experience with JAMF Must have experience troubleshooting networking issues and know DNS, DHCP as well as some knowledge of VDI's (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
