job summary:
This is a 100% onsite position in downtown Trenton, and the hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
Qualifications:
Experience providing hardware/software support to end users
Experience installing hardware and software on workstations
Experience installing hardware and software on servers
Experience in Windows environment
Experience providing Telephone Support to users
Experience in maintenance or installation of basic application and support (i.e. password reset; user management
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, TEAMS, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Scripting (i.e., PERL, SHELL)
Knowledge of ServiceNow

responsibilities:
Responds in person to helpdesk tickets.
Responds to help desk tickets.
Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Ensures desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.
Builds and configure new user workstation equipment set (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts). Troubleshoots basic network, software, and printing problems.
