The ability to pivot based on the needs of the business is critical.What we look for RequiredBachelor of Science in Chemistry6+ years' experience in a formulation lab environment - Experience leading complex, ambiguous development effortsStrong laboratory fundamentals including documentation and chemical hygiene/safety requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional product development team requiredSound understanding of statistical methods including Design of Experiments (DoE)PreferredMasters degreeExperience with surfactant and/or polymer chemistryKnowledge of firefighting foam test standards highly desirableExperience with stage-gate product development processes is desirable.#LI-MJ1#LI-Onsite
