Job Title: AML SAR Writer (Hybrid)Location: New Castel, DEDuration: 6 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)The AML Analysts within the CRIU review system-generated and manual cases for activity conducted by clients. The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing a caseload of investigations, perform analysis and follow-up and work cases from beginning to completion according to AML procedures and policies. Cases are generated from sources which include Automated Alerts (EAP, Mantas), and Manual referrals.
Qualifications 1-5 years experience in reviewing customer transactions and information for potentially suspicious activity and performing AML or financial investigationsExperience in writing and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements preferred.CAMS Certification is a plusKnowledge of the laws applicable to money laundering, terrorist financing, and other applicable financial/securities related crimes (e.g., insider trading, market manipulation), including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), The USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines, OFAC, SEC, FINRA, FRB, FinCEN requirements, and SAR requirementsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (i.e., MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Outlook)Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
