- **Digital Campaign Support:**
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, collecting data to provide insights for future campaigns.
- **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the marketing team to support strategic planning efforts.
- **Social Media Management:**
- Help manage and grow Mastercard's social media presence by posting content, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor online conversations and provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork:**
- Work alongside cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product management to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and strategize marketing initiatives, bringing a cooperative attitude that fosters a positive team environment.
- **Performance Reporting:**
- Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for business purposes.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software) is a plus.
