Job Summary: Spectra Logic is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to revenue growth.
In this role, you'll get to: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing strategies to drive customer acquisition.Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and goals.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize efforts.Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Work closely with sales, product marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.What you need to bring to the table: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in the data storage industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.It would be nice if you had: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, WordPress and GA4Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Status: Full time, direct hire, exempt position
