Summary:
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will report directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications. The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead all digital marketing endeavors for the organization, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing. This role entails crafting and executing marketing strategies aimed at bolstering online brand recognition and engaging target audiences. Responsibilities span digital advertising, social media management, market research, and delivering comprehensive reports to assess strategy effectiveness.
Salary: This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 annually, factoring in location, experience, and qualifications.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Uphold and enhance the company's online presence and reputation.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Analyze marketing data to inform future strategies.
Maintain departmental analytics dashboard and generate reports.
Oversee department projects and monitor progress.
Create and manage digital content for social media, email campaigns, website blogs, and video storytelling.
Develop and manage content calendars and social media postings.
Coordinate digital advertising campaigns for social and web platforms.
Conduct analytics and reporting for digital marketing efforts.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies and tactics.
Manage digital marketing software, including SEMRush, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with the Marketing VP on website updates, project management, marketing strategy, and market research.
Desired Education and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role within nonprofit or healthcare sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Experience creating engaging digital content for various channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data for marketing decisions.
Previous experience in managing SEO/SEM strategies.
Familiarity with key marketing software and tools.
Collaborative experience with website updates and optimization.
Knowledge of market/industry research methodologies.
