Marcel Classes is the home of all curated learning across Publicis Groupe, centralizing all on-demand and live classes across our population of over 100,000 learners. Employing a unified ecosystem of tools and services, Marcel Classes addresses the challenges of a platform world.
Overview:
Working on the Marcel Classes team, the Director, Communications, manages internal communications about global learning programs and platform functionality, maintaining close relationships with talent and learning teams across the Groupe. Additional responsibilities include curation of custom learning programs, content upload, system maintenance, user troubleshooting, and fostering relationships with technology partners.
Role Objectives:
Develop and grow Marcel Classes user engagement strategy
Serve as communications lead for all content and product developments within the learning platform
Manage Marcel Classes communications with 500+ talent leaders globally
Supervise and develop skills for Marcel Classes Communications Associate
Onboard new employees, agencies, and teams to the Classes platform
Work with technology partners to include applicable content and training within the learning platform
Build custom programs as requested by internal markets, agencies, and teams
Provide suggestions for product roadmap for learning technology partners
Work with end clients to successfully deploy learning programs
Document best practices for learning communications
Provide relevant project progress updates to internal team leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience; 3+ years' experience with communications in a globally networked company
Proven track record of successful marketing of employee engagement programs or learning initiatives
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Flexibility to work with multiple time zones as needed
Ability to manage and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer and project management skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a strong plus
Experience with multiple learning management systems is a plus
Familiarity with eLearning content development using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia is a plus
