We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director, Human Resources to join our team and support Hasbro's Toy, Game, Licensing and Entertainment teams! This role will collaborate closely with leadership delivering against robust talent strategies that help shape employee experience, foster meaningful talent development, and deliver long-term impact. This position will allow you to work with teams across the globe to deliver HR solutions that optimize our business model. We are looking you to guide transformation through influence by being a key player at the leadership table.
This is a phenomenal hybrid opportunity allowing flexibility working 3-days per week out of our Pawtucket, Rhode Island office!
A day in the life of a Director, Human Resources:
Identify and diagnose talent and structure needs, partnering with leaders to implement talent solutions for the future.
Offer balanced advice and coaching in collaboration with HR Enablement on business challenges and talent implications as well as leadership efficiency and alignment of enterprise HR programs.
Champion continuous improvement in organizational planning.
Drive decision using data and analytics to identify trends, determine root cause, and deliver solutions.
Build equitable and inclusive teams through our hiring, promotion and retention practices.
Identify and engage talent in continued development to support succession for critical roles.
Lead as a role model in your work, team interactions and relationships with partners and employees.
What you'll bring:
10+ years in dynamic Human Resources roles including significant experience with senior level leaders.
Experience working in the Consumer Products industry and / or with experience working with Brands, Product Design and Product Development functions in outsourcing models.
Business oriented, able to understand the organization from a commercial and operational point of view.
Proven organizational design and change management capabilities on a global scale.
Ability to lead broad projects, set targets and deliver and measure success against plans.
Critical thinking skills with "hands on" implementation approach turning concepts into action.
Ability to form relationships at all levels, track record of influencing executives, mid-level and senior management.
Strong influence, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR or related field and/or equivalent combination of experience.
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $143,000
Pay Range End: $214,500
