The Director of Admissions will lead and manage all aspects of campus-level admissions and enrollment activities with the Head of School or Principal, ensuring all tours are conducted using approved Spring Education Group admissions practices. The Director of Admissions will interface with prospective student families in support of their decision to attend/select a school and will secure an application whenever possible. This individual will execute marketing functions to support the school's enrollment and achieve the school's quantitative and qualitative goals in an accurate, professional, and ethical manner.

Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct interviews with prospective student families, evaluating their needs, interests, and qualifications.Present information regarding the school's programs and tuition factually and ethically.Provide supervision and leadership to key stakeholders in the enrollment process.Coordinate tours to ensure optimal engagement with prospective families.Achieve expected goals and objectives defined for the Director of Admissions position.Assist prospective families through the admissions process in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.Address any shortfalls against enrollment targets proactively.Collaborate with Stratford leaders to create and execute lead generation events.Create event-specific flyers and execute distribution plans.Expand outreach and engagement within the community.Oversee social media pages for the four San Francisco schools.Manage CRM system input and follow-through for campus enrollment.Operate within the company's mission and values.Partner with departments outside of Admissions to ensure high-quality service.Provide coaching and training to campus staff to ensure customer satisfaction.Manage one's own schedule to meet customer and business needs.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Skills/Knowledge/Competencies: Intermediate computer skills - experience with Microsoft (WORD, Excel) required. CRM experience is helpful.Demonstrable organizational and time management skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.Persistence with a positive attitude.Mature and collaborative interpersonal skills.Understanding of school systems and tools.Knowledge of school programs to match prospective students to appropriate programs.Deep understanding of the school's curricular standards. Qualifications:

Education and Experience Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED3 - 4 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a relationship and/or consultative sales, and/or 1 year of internal admissions experienceMandarin speaking is preferred
