Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of sales experience in healthcare, including a minimum of one year in outside sales.
A background in marketing high-value healthcare staffing solutions is essential, as is a proven track record of consultative sales and executive relationship building.
The role demands a high level of product knowledge, including the company's unique value proposition, competitor offerings, and market presence.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to work remotely and undertake 50% self-directed travel.
