What You Will Do:

As the Director of Continuum of Care Programs, you will oversee the implementation, coordination, and effectiveness of housing and supportive services within a robust community network. Your leadership will guide the execution of a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan, ensuring that best practices are adopted across the board. You'll manage the annual HUD Continuum of Care Program application process and support partner organizations to optimize program outcomes. You'll also act as a liaison between key stakeholders, addressing systemic challenges and fostering collaboration to enhance service delivery. Leading a small team, you'll be at the forefront of efforts to create sustainable, impactful change in the community.

Proven results in leading strategic planning efforts and managing complex projects.

The ability to engage and build trust with diverse stakeholders, driving system and process improvements.

A proactive approach to turning challenges into opportunities for innovation and better outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree (required); an advanced degree such as an MA, MBA, MSW, or MPA is preferred.

At least 5 years of management experience, ideally with a background in nonprofit leadership.

Knowledge of homelessness services, including HUD programs and Continuum of Care practices.

Strong project management skills and the ability to measure and communicate success.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, adaptable to various audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Are located within commuting distance of Tulsa, OK.
