Forest Hills Country Club

is ideally located in the prestigious suburb of Clarkson Valley in the greater Chesterfield area. The Club is over 55 years old and for years has been recognized as the premier private Country Club in the West St. Louis area. Members enjoy world-class golf and amenities within a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Known as "The Family Club of Choice," the membership at Forest Hills Country Club is active and engaged, offering an exclusive private club lifestyle with family-friendly programs, including a state-of-the-art aquatic center with multiple pools situated by the pool/cabana bar. The Club features four hard surface tennis courts, along with two Har Tru clay courts, and new tennis facility and new pickleball courts.

We're looking for a highly detailed, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team where we "Make Every Member Experience Positive and Personalized." We're looking for individuals with a passion for providing high-quality customer service and a love of planning and attending exciting events.

Our Director of Events plans, directs, coordinates, executes, and manages the club's social activities designed to enhance the overall enjoyment of the membership and to retain membership in the club.

Plans and promotes the club's diverse social programs.

Hires and plans vendors for events.

Coordinates with Food and Beverage team.

Responds to all event inquiries.

Ensures proper setup.

Ensures billing and budget are met.

Ideal candidates are super organized, have an eye for detail, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy conversing with members of the club, and being part of a fun team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
