Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Handle appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and check-outs.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and informative manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient information.
Conduct sales and promote clinic services and products.
Communicate effectively with team members and patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Uphold Exceptional Wellness's values in all interactions and duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with office software.
Commitment to exceptional member service and willingness to meet people where they are.
Openness to learning, growing as a person, and staying curious.
Ability to own tasks and ensure they are completed, communicating proactively when challenges arise.
