About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of Marketing to join their team.
This role is pivotal in developing and implementing website and marketing strategies that not only optimize customer conversions but also foster long-lasting relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all customer communications, utilizing customer insights to enhance the customer experience, and overseeing the execution of email and SMS marketing.
A key focus is on managing and developing a membership program and future subscription services, as well as creating strategic plans to increase repeat purchases.
The role demands a resourceful, direct response-oriented marketer with a proven track record in DTC e-commerce, particularly in the fresh and frozen food business.
Applicants for the Director of Marketing position at the company should have a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in managing an e-commerce catalog and website.
Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo marketing platforms is essential, and experience in HTML and UI/UX is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a background in farm-to-fork e-commerce and a strong track record in loyalty and relationship marketing.
They should be adept at identifying and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer relationships, as well as be skilled in addressing common e-commerce marketing challenges.
